Three KERMIT PhD students were selected to present their research at the National Symposium for Applied Biological Sciences (NSABS 2019) on February 4, 2019 at the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering of Ghent University. Laura Hoebeke, Peter Rubbens and Dimitri Boeckaerts gave an oral presentation on their latest research results. Dimitri was awarded one of the two oral presentation awards (sponsored by Qiagen) for the presentation of his master thesis research on the prediction of bacterium-phage interactions.
