Doctoral degree for Arne De Coninck
On January 29, 2016, Arne De Coninck successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis "High-performance computing for large-scale genomic prediction" and was awarded the title of Doctor of Applied Biological Sciences. The research was a result of the collaboration of the research units IBCN (Prof. Jan Fostier) and KERMIT (Prof. Bernard De Baets), within the Nucleotides to Networks project.
