On December 19, 2016, Yuanyuan Liu successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis "Research on fuzzy QFD by taking the compensation mechanism among customer requirements into account" at the University of Shanghai. The work was a result of the ongoing cooperation between KERMIT and the School of Management of Shanghai University.
